A New Series!!!
This week we are starting a new series going through the Gospel of Mark!
In your reading of books, have you ever read the introduction to a book? I used to pass over them as unimportant. But an introduction can tell you a lot about what you are about to read.
This week we are introducing our new series, Mark - Four Portraits of Jesus. In it we will look at Jesus being revealed as Teacher, Prophet, Messiah, and King. We will be looking solely at the first verse of Mark chapter 1.
"The beginning of the good news about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God,"
What does this verse tell us about what is to come in the rest of the book?
