This Week's Passage

This Sunday we are looking at Jesus' time with his disciples in the Garden of Gethsemane and his arrest in the middle of the night. 

We can split this story into two sections. Jesus' Gethsemane experience and the disciples' Gethsemane experience. Both of which have different human reactions regarding their own desires and will and the Will of God. 

Compare the responses of the disciples to that of Jesus. How should we learn to pray like Jesus in the midst of great trial and hardship? What can we learn of Jesus' humanity in this story? How can we relate to Him?
